site brax.me ? i ordered on brax.me 8 months ago, now they are asking to buy a second time in order to ship. Feeling scammy. Im getting totally annoyed & that is a fair thing to say TONY BRAXED me like getting Zucked or what?

There is a known bug or issue, that has been covered in the update and survey announcements a while ago, and that when you get asked to confirm your pre-order it looks like it’s asking you to pay a second time. There will either be a credit showing you can apply at check out to cover the cost (it may not be obvious initially), or if not when you pay just email [email protected] and they will immediately sort it for you and refund second payment, etc…

@plamen should be able to confirm that’s still the case.

That’s not possible. Brax.me started offering the devices not more than a couple of months ago. Write to our support team at [email protected] to get an update on your order status

No, I never recieved it!

Braxtech handed my package to a bad courier widely known for mishandling, lying to customers, and gross negligence!!! Now my Brax3 is gone and I’m not ever going to see it now!

I was in contact with the support team here and they just shrugged me off saying that “there is nothing they can do”. The courier support is just ignoring me.

I’m furious! and I’m not even going to be compensated!

I’m considering gathering other customers to start a class action lawsuit against this evil courier!

Seems like a miscommunication.
I’ve messaged you in private to try to get to the bottom of this. We compensate lost packages - either by refund or reshipping.

Thank you so much. The courier should pay for it though. I hope they will take responsibillity for their behavior somehow.
