I downloaded the eSim (or so it seems, it went through all the categories with checkmarks on each one) using the ‘openeuicc’ on my Brax3 but 1. Can’t make any calls and 2. When I visit the BraxSim website and go to my.braxsim website under my plans page it says A. ‘Installed on phone: NO’ and B. ‘Phone connected: NO’ … Please Help. It says ‘Sim status: Active’ and also displays my sim number.
Hello, please check the answer related to the BraxSim service. The device doesn’t register the SIM initially and gives and error. But leave it alone and come back later like half an hour and it is initialized. This is a feedback from the team supporting the braxsim service.
