Yep, I did not receive it either. Not only that, but my Brax3 does not work on any wifi or Bluetooth I tried - practically useless for me. Can’t update the software to the latest version. This Brax seems like a scam to me now.

On 7.2 and have the same issue still. Had the phone for months and never able to use it on wifi.
Do you get the message that the password is incorrect ?

Better forget the WiFi connection and start setting it up from the beginning to catch more errors.
@plamen Can you move this to the WiFi thread? I think there was one more user that still couldn’t get it to work.

Go to,
Settings(the gear in the homescreen) > Network & internet > Internet
If the network is hidden you have to tick a specific box in the settings of the WiFi connection.
Delete your WiFi entry and enter it again to be sure.
