That’s surely not from us. We’re not aware of any data leak with IndieGoGo. They should disclose such things, by law.
Are the emails going to be sent to all pre-indiegogo purchases soon?

We’ve just sent emails including order links to all EU-based IndieGoGo backers, who pre-ordered before the 4th of July.
We’re planning to send emails to all customers from RoW (non-US, non-Canada, non-EU) within the next 24 hours.

Businesses registered n the EU can benefit from a zero VAT rate, But i dont see the option. How to do?

Why are we being charged shipping again? We already payed that on first order over indiegogo. Now we get charged 20$ shipping when paying the customs. I wanted to add the privacy glass things and the rugged cover, but that would have added another 20$ shipping on top of that.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent request for an additional payment of approximately $88.
As you are aware, I have already paid $354 for the mobile phone and accessories. I was not informed of any further charges at the time of purchase, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation for this new fee.
Given the repeated complications and lack of transparency I’ve experienced so far, I kindly ask that you clarify this matter immediately. Without a valid reason, I do not see any justification for this additional payment.

your post states RoW (UK here) by 12th July. It is now 13th July and no email received!
UPDATE UK here…I have now received and completed the email with customs, VAT charge.

Many thanks, I emailed (as noted) regarding pre-payment credit error and almost immediately my brax store page refreshed to show updated credit value. Brilliant support. Now pacing around like expectant father awaiting the new arrival.
