Ditto. Got my email today. All instructions were clear and easy to follow in the post, and process was smooth and simple in the store and I added an extra accessory after checkout via a second order.

I have 2 orders whose order pages no longer appear at their respective URLs. So, i can no longer check status. I have an active email with Braxtech support, but havent gotten any response in sevetal days. I know everyone is busy. Trying to get confirmation on which of my orders is good to go or if they are both held up, etc.

I’ve received the email all seems easy enough but taxes are wrong, i reached out 24hrs ago yet to get a response

Hi there, i am in Canada, and placed my Indiegogo order last November i think it was, but i have not yet received an email (yes i checked my spam folder), which has me a bit worried as you say all Canadian emails have been sent? Can you confirm that mine was sent?

We identified issues with adding additional items to your order. Shipping was calculated again.

We just fixed that issue. Now additional items are including a 0.00$ delivery fee.

For customers in RoW area - the 0.00$ is a rate for DDU delivery. If you’d like to pay for DDP delivery (taxes and duties prepaid), please email us at [email protected] as we will have to manually manage those.

I am a purchaser in the “RoW” category (ie non-US, non-Canada, non-EU, non-UK).

I placed my order via the original EU ordering web site, prior to the change to Indiegogo ordering. My order was placed on 21 October, 2024, & the order number is 455.

I have not yet received the necessary email to allow me to confirm my order details & to order additional accessories. Are you able to confirm whether I should have received that email message by now? Thank you.

We’re working on sending those mails out. Will be a few more days.
We’ve used surveys before for Canada customers. We dropped that format due to a lot of issues. So we’re implementing our new confirmation flow in the store.

We’re basically getting no info from Shopify Payments team on that. They can’t see anything in the log. We have 4-5 other people that report the same issue. For 2 it got resolved (payment went through the next day). We will try to figure it out in the upcoming days.

Received the email from brax tech to complete my order, i added the accessories as instructed and i still had to pay an extra $24.90 for shipping.
