Hi @plamen I have received my email but there is an issue the delivery address that needs to be corrected before I complete the confirmation process.
I have sent 3 emails to [email protected] over the last week about this but have not yet received a reply.

I followed the instructions and there was supposed to be a place to add additional items to my order, but that did not happen. Is it possible to purchase additional items with my USA order?

Received an email that my phone is ready to ship, but I paid for shipping when I first committed, and this email has the shipping as TBD. When I go through checkout, it’s about $20 more, so now I owe more money?
I responded Friday AM to the “Complete Your Order” email within minutes but haven’t received a response yet.
The “read this first” link from July 2025 said those in the US don’t actually have to go through this process, but since there’s a mismatch, and now it’s April 2026, I’m concerned it will slip through the cracks.
And this is my 2nd order, just to clarify
Am I good to go, or is there some action that needs to be taken for the shipment adjustment?

Specifically on April 9th I paid extra money for shipping or something and my order was confirmed, and received a general notice that phones were in HK and shipping to Canada. I check at DealerSend to see some phone arrived to Canada early June but received no tracking of my phone. I emailed support@braxtech but, again, get no response.
Can you please tell me what I need to do to get tracking on my order?

Never mind. support@braxtech insightfully responded that I should refer to dealersend who indicates that my order has been in a “delivery sorting-center” for the past eight days and that their one chimp is working on it.
Hi , now that i reached the final stage of purchase it charges the VAT and although we paid extra for the shipping now it refers it is FOC. What is going on? Why such difficulty to finally receive the phone?
