How to complete your IndieGoGo pre-order

It’s very simple. If you’ve ordered the BraX3 (December batch) perk from IndieGoGo, you will receive your product in December.
If you’ve ordered any of the perks that were available prior to introducing the new December perk, you should receive your product soon, out of the first manufacturing batch.

I have just noticed this message in my email, not sure why it ended up where it was, can you please send an update as I have paid for 2 Brax3 and accessories, but have not had any confirmation concerning the payment which I have made. and I am unsure of whether the the order has been processed

Hello. I purchased a phone about a month ago and still havnt recieved it. Ive also realise ive deleted the emails that were from this community thinking they were a scam. Please could you email me agIn. As I tend to delete everything frkm my phkne.

Hinehau… I see you ordered a month ago and haven’t received your phone yet. A word or warning… FYI, I ordered in January and again in February, followed by a “top up” price adjustment in June. No problem, these development things have issues. whatever, all good. But since then, despite numerous attempts I have not received an honest update for the status of the orders. Let alone a dispatch number or tracker, a plan, or any such thing. That’s 8 to 9 months and counting. So good luck with your 1 month expectation. Just don’t hold your breath. Order #3071 (20th Feb) and Order # 2275 (10th Jan).

Can you specify what do you mean by a “top up” adjustment? We collect taxes through our system for EU and Canada orders, and also offer an upgrade of delivery terms to orders from rest of world (non-US). Were you asked to pay more because of price changes? If so, it could be an issue with our system, which we can correct.

@Plamen, I’ve gotten a order number from Brax after having ported my order from Indiegogo.

Today I got an email from Indiegogo about policy changes. I’d like to delete my Indiegogo account but wanted to make sure that won’t have any affect on my order.

Indiegogo said this:
“By continuing to use Indiegogo after October 16, you agree to the updated Terms of Use and related policies. If you do not agree, you may discontinue using Indiegogo and close your account at any time. Please note that if you close your account before all rewards from your previous pledges have been delivered, you may experience difficulties accessing order details or resolving potential issues with those pledges.”

I received an email from Brax confirming receipt of my Order #5921.

This doesn’t seem like an issue to me but I wanted to make sure.

@plamen I see the Indiegogo ordering for December 2025 is locked down/unavailable. Are you doing the orders through the store now? Or is this just temporarily offline? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. IndieGoGo made some major changes on their site. We’re still trying to figure things out, but we’re continuing to sell via indiegogo.

Thanks @plamen - I raised because I cannot order the December phone on Indiegogo - the site wont let me. I was toying with getting a second device so was having a look. I am thinking its because I backed the original campaign in April under my Indiegogo account so it wont let me back it a second time…

See this screen shot with buttons greyed out so inaccessible and the pop up message that comes up when you try and click or tap them - applies to all items…

If you click on rewards or your pledge, the tabs , then the purple button add products to your pledge, you can then add the items.

Ok, no idea that restriction was a thing. Still trying to figure things out with the new site update. Will take a look and report back.
