Agree with the others that are looking for a keyboard folio that also provides a degree of protection. This unit will be for traveling so I can leave my not-rugged-at-all laptop at home.

If youāre unsure whether to buy because we havenāt confirmed a feature/function yet, Iād suggest that you delay buying it until we confirm. You can add an accessory, such as the keyboard, at a later stage.

We donāt have that data yet as the display is yet to be calibrated and configured for the open_slate. We can test this once we have that and report.
Hi, I noticed the pro is led light. Is there an option to reduce the blue light and flickering?
The Android Nightlight feature changes the colour profile to warmer red, available on Linux too. Flickering is a low level hardware matter.

Hi, since Brax3 ā26 production was delayed due to current RAM issue do you expect Slate to be delayed as well? I read youāve just changed supplier for phoneās manufacture, did you managed to secure RAM delivery for Slate production as well?
I just wonder for how long (of course approximately!) Iāll āfreezeā my funds if I decide to pledge. Still pretty sweet deal though;)

The delivery timeline weāre putting out there is what we believe we can achieve in normal conditions. Usually youāll have to manage tech challenges along the way, which can be more or less predicted if you have the experience in the tech.
These days, there are more challenges than that - geopolitical (tariffs), operational (ram shortage). There might be something else that comes up.
We will do what we can to deliver sooner even. But we canāt promise.
Thatās why we offer refunds, as an insurance to some crazy stuff happening.
As for RAM - we have contracts in place, so we have security in that regard.

You should ask this in the Megathread rather than separately. But yes you can just continue to order via the Indiegogo site indefinitely until BraxTech formerly open their store.
Just to confirm. Has the shipping date or expected receiving date changed ? Or is it still at late August like mentioned above ? Meaning if I order tomorrow, and I live in Canada or the US when would I expect it to arrive? Also if Im in the middle east like Egypt or Jordan. Sorry just wanna confirm.

to get a privacy focused device you first need to give up your privacy by signing for Indiegogo with horrible ToS and Privacy policy especially focused on collecting all your data and sharing it. right.
