I am no longer able to access data via cellular. Any time I leave wifi coverage or turn wifi off I see an exclamation point in the cell signal strength and have no data access. How do I troubleshoot this? I dont know if problem is with phone or service provider.
Addl info - if I turn off wifi, device info shows an IP address from cell service, but nothing works. Turning wifi back on gives me an IP from my router and everything works as expected.
Sounds like you need to modify your Access Point Name (APN) on your phone. Each cell provider has specific settings needed to get proper data connections. Settings - Network & Internet - SIMs - Your network provider - Access Point Name. Easiest way is to look at old phone settings and mirror on your brax3.
