Hello guys I’d like to ask if it will be possible to return and get a refund when the phone arrives. The equivalent of German “Widerrufsrecht” where you can return a product within 2 weeks of receiving it without specifying a reason.
Also in the case its possible will you be refunded the whole 350€ (incl. taxes)?
It really is expensive after taxes comparing with a used pixel9pro which can be found for around the same price with way better specs.

The Brax team did a great job and, although, they built a bunch of them the Brax3 you receive(d) is specially built for you, on your request. The EU ‘widerrufsrecht’ does not apply for that category of products. On the otherhand you should have done your research before ordering.
Anyway, enjoy your Brax3, and enjoy your privacy

When i have a serious issue with the phone it will be the same? And that’s what i paid 360€ for?

There is actually a refund policy that allows to cancel the order within 14 days of ordering, but due to the [email protected] email not working i can’t even reach actual support.
This is way too scuffed to invest 360€ into “for me personally”.
The email works well. You may get delays in response now as there are quite a lot of tickets getting opened as we’re shipping several thousand orders at once. Yes, there is a change of mind no questions asked refund.
How do we go about claiming this?
I’m surprised to hear this. Did you say it was “scuffed up” or do you mean you didn’t like the overall situation and you were speaking metaphorically?
We are very pleased with our phones and we’ve seen that snetiment expressed in many places. i.e., Better than I expected!
We have numerous friends and family who have the Brax3 and are very happy with them, for the most part. iodeOS is fantastic and the premium feel of the Brax3, when compared to the Brax2 is very nice.
We only want to be able to replace the AOSP audio driver (which is not a Brax3 issue, its an AOSP problem), fix the lack of contrast in the suggestions window that pops up when you are given different words to select from when you typo in a messenging app, and have the wifi bug fixed. Other than those 3 items (and only 2 are actual Brax3 specific issues), these phones are amazing! Really happy with these devices!
