Polite asking gets you nowhere. Pretty sure it’s a scam people.
It isn’t a scam. Be reassured. I have 2 of 3 of my order. Are you US or part of the ROTW or EU?
Unfortunately, Indiegogo is not Amazon or Ebay. I wish it was for convenience purposes, but it is a crowdfunded project. Waiting for everything to come together does feel like an eternity on these projects sometimes, but it’s just not the same polished system that the big players have.

I think, direct the anger at the logistics company. They have made this project a nightmare for us and for the Brax Team and they have even lost some of the limited stock of phones that were made through contributions like ours.
I don’t know where you are in the world, but it doesn’t surprise me in the US - our mail services are horrible. Lots of theft or outright gormlessness by carriers. I joke - Brax Team should have marked the US ones as 'Ballots" maybe they would have had an easier time!

Yes, this looks accurate. In California, the crime is so bad that even the police have areas where they refuse to go! The news media refuses to talk about it for whatever reason. As a result businesses and people are leaving. The USPS also has areas that are restricted to deliver mail. It is can even be dangerous to have a Post Office Box in some areas, since robbers thieves and “street people” can rob you as you try to leave with your package. I am located in a remote area and I still must have a camera focused on my mail box and front locked gate. How can I receive packages if the front gates are locked? I use cameras and large mean dogs.
