Brax3 Braxphone has stopped work in endless loop

Hello everybody

I wrote firstly to [email protected] and told me to write here.

The phone, Brax3 stopped to work. I received it in August but wifi didn’t work so I could fix wifi issue only some days ago. The phone is kinda untouched, just few apps downloaded and few time on it.

But 2 days ago it was switched on without I was using it and on its own started what I call discotheque mode: it starts booting, makes an orange flashing (I might think they are having fun inside it) and then starts booting again in an eternal loop.

Volume up and power button don’t work, just Volume down and power button shut it down.
No Recovery mode, no Fastboot mode, no recognition from adb devices and personally no clue.

I started using degoogled phone when cyanogenmod was (mostly) the main OS to use, more than 10 years ago I guess. I never had many problems as I have had with Brax3 (I include delivery issue too).

So, according to [email protected] I write here for demonstrate I tried to find a solution even if I already seen similar issues not resolved:

Thanks for all who would try to help me

Dan

Hey Dan. Thank you for the feedback. Seems like the device needs to be replaced.
I can’t find an order associated with your forum email, so it will be best if you write support back and share this thread with them, so they can get the return approved quickly.

Hello. My Brax 3 phone stopped working for no apparent reason. It is unable to complete a boot up, and has been frozen on the screen seen on attachment for the past 12 hours. The volume buttons and the power button don’t work. The phone cannot even be turned off. I tried charging it with the power chord, but that doesn’t work either. What’s more the Brax 3 phone now feels warm and I’m concerned that it may explode or become a fire hazard. What can be done to safely tur

n off this phone? How can this phone be fixed? If it can’t be fixed, how can I return it and get my money back? Thanks.

I’ve gotten the BraX3 caught in a bootloop several times after flashing in fastboot mode and found that it can be powered off when it does this by holding in the power button for a long time…even after it looks like the screen is blank. I’d say hold that power button for about 30 seconds to make it really power down and not start a bootloop again!

I hope that works for u! SPFlash always works with Lunar OS and makes things easy…if u have LInux I got it to work that way and wrote about if u search. I’m not sure if flashing is something u are comfortable with. The problems I had with that program were always when Ubuntu Touch was on the phone which doesn’t sound like that’s your case.

Try to flash Lunar OS on it!

Fortunately it is difficult to hard brick the BraX3!!
