@Paul Can you see this message as in the photo ?
“Check password and try again”
Go to,
Settings(the gear in the homescreen) > Network & internet > Internet
If the network is hidden you have to tick a specific box in the settings of the WiFi connection.
Delete your WiFi entry and enter it again to be sure.
