Yes that’s been previously identified as an issue. I had that too. They are working on it, but you might want to email support with your order number to be safe.
EDIT: Forgot to say they will refund you the shipping for an add on order.
Several months ago when I ordered the phone I paid 15 additional dollars for a screen protector. Sometime later a free screen protector was added to my order, if I recall correctly, to compensate for the long delay.
Obviously I don’t need two screen protectors for one phone. Is it possible for me to cancel one of them from my order and apply the $15 to the estimated taxes or to a different accessory?
Hello,I bought 2 phones at two different moments. I’m in Europe. So I recevied 2 emails. With the first one, I used the apple store credit. But now with the second one, suddenly the credit has lowered to 263,00, making me have to pay $131,.60 more…. which I do not have. So what do I do now? I thought I had bought two phones. If I have to pay more I simply prefer to be reimbursed because I don’t have any more money. Let me know. Thank you
The team has been very trasnparent and very communicative. Customs inexplicably held the devices and made ridiculous docmentation requests which ate up a lot of time. Devices are shipping now and tracking numbers are being sent out. Be patient. Big tech doesnt want these types of devices to succeed and neither does the surveillance community. Doing the right thing is made difficult on purpose. Don’t lose hope. You’ll get your device, we all will.
Judging by the current method of order shipping LIFO (last in first out) and based on limited quantity of phones produced, I am concerned that all those who haven’t received any shipping updates by now are in risk of losing their order date slot- I noticed on brax3 community that all the initial backers who placed their orders in OCT through Dec 2024 have yet to receive any shipping update! It seems to me that all orders are being fulfilled in reverse order leaving out all those initial brax3 backers USA (OCT 2024 through MAR 2025) . Imagine if they exhaust the first production batch as order demand continues!!
I am an initial backer and my devices are arriving tomorrow. Why does anyone think the orders are being processed last in first out?
There were overseas orders that could’ve been fulfilled that didn’t go out for a while because the initial backer’s orders were being held up by US customs and BraxTech wasn’t sending the overseas’ orders out specifically because they didn’t want to violate the purchase order. This was detailed in one of their status updates.
So, I’m not sure where this concern is coming from. Be patient everyone. You’l get your devices. They should all be shipped very soon if not already.
Mainly because they said all US orders were shipped prior to june 8 hours ago, and myself and others are included in that but have had no communication.
Hmm, that’s no good. I’d email support everyday until i got a response so they are notified of this and it doesnt get lost in the shuffle. i know that sounds bad; but you want to make sure they know your devices either havent gotten processed, or your communications werent sent out properly.
I can understand that. I’d be concerned too. Just keep emailing and even reach out to @plamen on here to try to make sure your order is not falling through the cracks. Just be humble and as polite as possible. Negativity tends to drive people away from helping as much as they could, right or wrong. It’s just human nature.
