Hello all. I’ve only just purchased through Indiegogo so I’ve done a lot of reading to catch up to current status of fulfillment.
Earlier in this thread there is talk of “completing an order” and I assume it was due to initial issues with Indiegogo.
But I thought I’d ask here if there is anything else I need to do.
I am in 3rd world Central America and ordered 2 phones and accessories to a US address where I have a top man on it.
A TOP man.
Anyway, I’ll be organizing shipment from the US to me as that requires particular finesse.
That all said my purchase #5726, of the 500-1000 lot from Indiegogo.
Thanks for sorting this all out. Reading this and other threads has been a rollercoaster
Maybe someone in a similar boat in the US, who just ordered recently, can tell me when they expect shipment so I can alert my “top man” of a similar timeframe.
Also, I’ll just mention that the phone cases on my Indiegogo order say “expected deliver July 2025”.
converted from $ it came to £50 and some pence. still haven’t had any shipping details. i emailed support a couple of weeks ago they replied, ‘my order is in the queue and will be picked soon’. very unprofessional set-up, will give them till next week and mail again. I do actually wonder if they made enough phones in the first batch???

I ordered my Brax 3 on 10th August. Today, 21 days later ??, I got the message to pay my tax and shipping ( to Europe). Ok … I tried to pay in the Brax store via credit card, a few seconds later I received a message from my bank, there is an attempt from a company LUNAR DIREC to get money. The amount and the time is ok, but who is LUNAR DIREC ?
I told my bank that the transaction is ok. So I tried it again to pay via credit card in the Brax Store. I tried it 2 times. Both times there was NO !!! reaction or message or whatever, the webpage refreshed and asked my again to pay again the shipping and tax.
just received my pre-order for the brax3’s. for UK delivery
i completed the order,
orders was then confirmed via email with new order number
the process is as follow:
click on the email link.
this takes you to the login: store or brax. choice.
brax failed 3 times so entered via store.
i had phone, charger and case.
you have 2 options on delivery, 1st is delivery only (excludes import taxes etc)
option 2 is itemised in local currency shipping, taxes, import duty (this also has a total in US dollars,) this is the option for no further cost delivered to you door.
then look further down below for the box for the store credit from indiegogo (click this ) to deduct it from the final cost.
make card payment due.
this will confirm on the web page (print the screen in case you dont get a email confirmation.
then you will receive a confirmation email.
this will give you your new order number and payment details
the link in the email will take you to your order in the braxstore (this also shows where you order came from ref#D???)
tax ship, custom for the 3 items to uk was UK £72.03. US $97.61

Can you tell us when the USA customer shipping will start? After I evaluate the cameras I will be posting my response. In the event that I promote them, many potential customers will want to buy the cameras. Most of these customers will be “normies” and I speculate they will not be happy to hear the coulda’ shoulda’ or woulda’ they currently hear from scammers or sketchy sellers. Is there a future date they can order that will meet there immediate needs?
The BraX3 from the first production round is already sold out. About 90% of orders from that batch are shipped, and the remaining 10% will get shipped within the next 2-3 weeks.
We’re starting a new production round with expected delivery in December. Considering we have no technical uncertainties, as we did with the first round, and we’ve learned quite a few things with logistics/customs, we’re confident we can deliver orders from the new batch in December.
As Jim said. He just beat me to it. We pledged. Which did not guarantee any product. Be grateful it has you were happy to take that risk and wait a long time, this is just another part of the process. Lucky to have people doing these kind of products in this manner.
This is a small grievance for me. I was late to find this product and the 1 question i had, and emailed about twice but was given the runaround was asking if you had enough product to meet demand. No one seemed to understand my question and i was given no answer. It was to help me determine if i was to purchase or not or to wait.
With all the cr*p being implemented here in Australia, i was hoping to get this before December for a couple reasons.
I ended up just doing it. Although was trying through the store but link was still to pledge.
Id just hoped that this wouldnt happen.
I got my email to process the order and pay the taxes a couple days ago. Unsure if that means i am one of the stock you do have or not though sorry.
Hello. I ordered a BraX3 through the indiegogo campaign in August 18th , but wasn’t aware you had to confirm it like this…, I just thought the shipping was taking a while.
The 16th of September I finally was told about that confirmation and I did so, but I noticed this batch was over and the next one is for December on Indiegogo.
I would like to know if you are still able to ship me a phone now? (since the actual contribution was made on august) or I will have to wait for the December batch? Please I need immediate confirmation.
